For Nau Lang Syne

Okay, so I switched up the song a bit, but since returning to Second Life I've made more new friends than I've found old ones. One such new friend is the lovely, sweet and oh so talented LadyEllenT Resident. a relatively new SL member in comparison to my own (albeit interrupted absence) antiquity who knows more about our favorite time-waster than I've forgotten! She blogs for several retail stores in SL and is also an expert bargain shopper. She invited me over to "collab" on a photo shoot and I eagerly agreed! So I donned my newest favorite gown and we welcomed in the New Year in style! A little Dom Pérignon made the evening sparkle even more!

I'm still learning the ropes of this blogging business so it might be a while before I can return the favor, but I am certainly looking forward to future collaborations!

A Skybox with a View

Hello, my name is Fionne and I'm a building hoarder. 

I love buildings! I'm always on the lookout for that "perfect" house - the one that will complete me. It will never happen, but I continue on my quest. I have a folder bulging with all sorts of wonderful builds. If I had enough prim count on my land I'd probably have a ton more! Mesh buildings blow me away - they are so fabulous! My current abode is the Stockholm Attic 2.0 from Barnesworth Anubis. [BA] has so many wonderful builds and Barnes was so very, very helpful with all my questions. We even discovered we shared several friends from way back in the SL Middle Ages. LOL 

Anyway, I wanted to share the view from my common area window with all of you.

INTO THE FOREST I GO, TO LOSE MY MIND AND FIND MY SOUL...

Today I reminisce a stage in my life, a month ago, where I was nowhere and everywhere at the same time. I was lost. Lost my passion on an identity I've had for years. Succumbed to neglect and solitude.

But now I'm smiling. Glow and colors reappear! Still the darkness lingers but who would want to stay when I have the love and support of people most valuable to me...AND a newly-found-much-delayed interest! ❤

Hi SL Style & More! readers!

I'm Anne Lovingheart, founder of #THEGIFTSPOT, joining the awesome Kai Demen to give SL S&M some "sweet lady" flavors.

I'm a big fan of scenic sims. It's my simple way to refresh my deluttered mind. Discovering that Sleepy Sim has just that magical ambiance I adore, right there and then I have to take a memento.

My whole attire was to fit the Knitted Jersey dress from Eyelure. I put off grabbing this because I thought it looks flat. But I was proven wrong. I was amazed in fact. It fit my curves well plus the subtle lines on its cloth add more. Since it is a short dress, I opted for #EMPIRE's Hibiscus to give me a bit of cover. (Wear an undergarment to cover your vajayjays too!) Incuded the Tattoo Hennah from Carol G as I don't want to feel so bare. Lastly since I noticed my outfit's being overtaken by black, I had to give myself some pop of color and wore Peaches' Peach Choker in red.
